Lene Diesen comes from a leaderposition in Microsoft to join SEMINE startup
Semine AS hires Lene Diesen as the new CEO. Diesen comes from the position of COO and Deputy CEO of Microsoft Norway.
She has also previously held several leadership roles in Tieto / Software Innovation. The AI robot SEMINE automates invoices and invoice management for companies, accounting agencies and public companies.

Artificial intelligence is one of the most prominent technologies of the future and in Semine I look forward to revolutionizing the accounting industry, says Diesen, adding that she looks forward to working with talented colleagues.
Experiencing great interest
In the New Year last year, the investment company Kistefos entered as the principal owner of the company with one third of the shares. Later, Amesto also became an investor in the AI company.
Chairman Tom Olav Holberg from Kistefos is very pleased to have Diesen as CEO of Semine.
– Diesen has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with both national and international leadership responsibilities. She has both strategic and operational experience in business development, sales management and marketing from various industries and has led businesses in strong growth and change, he says.
Holberg adds that the company experiences enormous interest in the product from customers and partners.
– We are thus entering a very important phase where satisfied customers are our main priority. Diesel becomes very important for us to succeed, he says.
